DawnMist-Blue Rhyme: What is "Net Neutrality?"

The Internet has two aspects.
Good point and Bad point ---- White side and Dark side.

There are a lot of disadvantage of using Internet.
(Everyone may be able to guess easily)
In order to prevent crucial accidents from happening, a rule is needed.

---- This is the origin of the idea "Net Neutrality."

For example, in Chine, it is prohibited to criticize policies of Chinese government.

Fundamentally speaking, the Internet should be neutral.
Generally speaking, the Internet must be colorless.
The Internet is the place where everyone can express themselves freely.
(except the statement which can hurt someone)
However, without some rules, there may be only the chaos...

I am afraid to say, but I can not decide which is good...
However, I know one thing ----
"No one can push rules to the Internet, because it is based on much power of many people."

The sixth rhyme is waiting for the sun rising on the misty morning...
